Please read this document carefully before using the 33000 platform. By registering or accessing any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth below.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using the 33000 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to comply with all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To use the 33000 platform, you must:
- Being at least 18 years old or exceeding the minimum age required by applicable local law;
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not being located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by local law;
- Registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
33000 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend any user accounts that do not meet the above conditions without prior notice.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one active account on the 33000 platform. Attempts to create multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing restrictions or gaining unfair advantages, violate these terms and may result in all related accounts being closed.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login information confidential;
- Ensure that no one else accesses your account without your permission;
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
- Keeping your account information accurate and up-to-date.
33000 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user’s failure to safeguard their account information.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Users of the 33000 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and must comply with all applicable laws. Each user is strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to access or manipulate the platform beyond normal usage;
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any weaknesses in the gaming or payment systems;
- Transferring, selling, or sharing accounts with third parties in any manner;
- Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activities;
- Spreading false information, harassing other users, or defaming 33000;
- Violating the intellectual property rights of the platform or its content in any form.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, forfeiture of associated balances, and further legal actions at 33000’s discretion.
Payments, Transactions, and MYR Currency
All financial transactions on 33000 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities.
Minimum deposit limits, withdrawal limits, and processing times are detailed in the user account section and may change from time to time. Accepted payment methods include local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, and internet banking transfers.
For withdrawals, users may be required to complete identity verification. 33000 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts or e-wallets registered under the same user name. Any withdrawal suspected to be related to fraud or money laundering will be held and reported to relevant authorities.
33000 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Liability Limits and Warranty Disclaimer
The 33000 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from technical errors, or continuous availability at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33000 will not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred while using the platform, including losses from betting;
- Service interruptions due to system maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control;
- Losses from unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from the user’s failure to secure login information;
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages in any form.
33000’s maximum liability to any user will not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to any claim arising.
Account Policies, Intellectual Property, and Terms Updates
33000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or behaviour undermining platform integrity. Users whose accounts are closed for violations are not entitled to refunds related to those breaches. Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting customer support, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.
All content on the 33000 platform including logos, interface design, text, images, software, and code is the exclusive property of 33000 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform elements for commercial or public purposes without explicit written consent from 33000. Unauthorized use of the platform’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
33000 reserves the right to change, add, or amend any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The 33000 platform may include references to third-party services or information provided solely for user convenience. 33000 does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
